Auxiliary Director  

The Auxiliary Director will be responsible for management and oversight of organization wide activities, fundraising, volunteer hours, merchandise, social media and communications.  

The position will coordinate sub committees of parent volunteers to execute specific tasks related to the scope of the position.  The Auxiliary Director will solicit volunteers to serve on each committee as he/she deems necessary.  The Auxiliary Director will sit on the Board of Directors, carrying one vote, and will regularly report on the progress of all in scope activities.  The Auxiliary Director may suggest new organization activities, changes to or removal of current activities.  The Auxiliary Director will work directly with the Treasurer to allocate budget for activities and will report on revenue and margins generated by all activities.  

Current organization activities include:

• Annual “Holiday Skate” (or similar) fundraiser
• Annual Golf Outing fundraiser
• Annual year end awards banquet
• Coach’s Game
